The existing dwelling building is a protected structure under the Kildare County Development Plan 2017-2023 (Ref: B29-43). (i) Permission for the development that will consist of a two storey, three bedroom house of 152m² and a shed to rear of the proposed house, as well as associated site works, all to the rear of existing dwelling. (ii) Retention permission for railings and gates to front of the old Garda Station. (iii) Permission for the development of a new entrance and alterations to aforementioned railings and gates to front of the old Garda Station
