the restoration of an area of a disused Sand and Gravel Pit, back to agricultural use, as per the site restoration plan agreed with Kildare County Council. The development is to cover approx 6.4 hectares and approx. 116,000 cubic metres (185,6000 tonnes) of uncontaminated soil and stone is to be imported in over the duration of a Waste Facility Permit (5 Years)
