to retain alterations made to dwelling house previously approved under planning application ref no. 01/804 and 03/1223, alterations for which retention permission is sought include (a) additional floor area at ground and first floor level by increasing the overall footprint of the dwelling (b) conversion of attic area to living accommodation and an increase in the overall height of the roof to facilitate same (c) revised garage design including attic storage area (f) together with all associated site works
