to supersede condition no 8 of Planning File No. PD 03/51 to allow for the subject site to be a separate entity from the total landholding of which it forms part of. In addition I intend to apply for planning permission for works to existing dwelling including;1)Elevational alterations 2) Demolition of existing extension to rear 3) Construction of a new single-storey extension to side together with all associated site development works including the installation of a new wastewater treatment system, associated percolation area and the erection of new site boundaries
