alter the previously granted planning file register number 21/1243 which will consist of the following:- (a) change of house type "B" from a two-storey three bedroom detached dwelling to a four-bedroom two-storey detached dwelling design with 8 No. units affected. And for permission to connect the units to the proposed services and infrastructure as granted under the parent permission, all with ancillary works
