The development consists of retention of the as-built modifications to the new replacement dwelling and new garage designs further to a grant of permission, pl. Ref. No. 20/171. The modifications are mainly listed as follows: (a) Provisions of 5 No. high level "Velux" rooflights to the single storey rear element on the side elevation (south-east roof); (b) Additional small extension to the side elevation (south-east elevation); (c) Minor deviations from the permitted fenestration detailed on the plans; (d) Re-design of the garage but no increase in floor area; (e) Alterations to the roof profile of the single storey element to the rear, including height, location, and footprint of same; (f) Increase in floor area of dwelling by 59.5 sqm; (g) Minor internal general arrangement alterations to the ground floor and first floor of the dwelling to suit the above modifications.
