Laying of a 150mm diameter Underground Discharge Pipe, 5.2km in length, containing fully-treated effluent from Existing Factory at Western Brand Chickens, Knockaunacat to the Existing Fully-Licensed Above-Ground Effluent Balance Tanks at Drumbaun and final discharge pipe to the Dalgan River located at Cloonbullig. The proposed discharge pipe passes along the public road through the townlands of Knockaunacat, Erriff, Derrymore, Bohogerawer, Gorteen, Hazelhill, Cloonbullig and Drumbaun together with all ancillary site works and services at the above addresses. The proposed pipe shall replace the transporting of the fully-treated effluent from Western Brand Chickens, Knockaunacat to the Full-Licensed Above-Ground Effluent Balance Tanks at Drumbaun by Tanker Trucks as per granted under Planning permission P21/869.
