the alteration development works will consist of the importation of 48,150 tonnes of inert soil and stones to create the correct levels for an 8 furlong horse training gallop as already authorised, the provision of a wheel wash during the works and all associated site works. A three-year construction period is required and all works will use the authorised entrance and site works as authorised under planning permission 22/18
