(a) demolish existing non habitable dwelling house and decommission existing septic tank and percolation area; (b) construct a replacement storey and half bungalow type dwelling house on same footprint as the existing dwelling house, and (c)provide mechanical effluent treatment unit and percolation area, including all ancillary site works necessary to complete the development.
