the development consists of the demolition of the rear external stairs and the removal of the existing glazed doors of the ground floor bar. The construction of a single-storey extension at the rear of the hotel, adding 125m2 of floor area to the existing bar. Additionally, a 125m2 outdoor terrace will be provided at first-floor level, facilitated by a new external stairs. The development will also consist of the retention of works previously undertaken of the set-down area located adjacent to the entrance of the hotel.
