a) Demolition of the existing annexe to the rear of the existing dwelling house; b) The provision of a single storey extension to the rear Southern Elevation of the existing dwellinghouse, including necessary refurbishment, retro-fit and material alterations to the existing dwelling house; c) The provision of a detached garage to the rear Southern Elevation of the existing dwellinghouse, including all associated ancillary works.
