LRD Application (Large-scale Residential Development) - Permission to modify a permitted Strategic Housing Development (SHD) permission (ABP-311678-21) by way of a planning application for a large scale residential development (LRD) permission at Old Slane Road and R168, Mell/Tullyallen, Drogheda, Co.Louth. The modifications to the permitted SHD relate to 30no. of the permitted dwellings and will consist of a change of house types including reduction in height, amendments to elevations, external finishes and associated gardens and site development works including alterations to the permitted finished floor levels.
