Lacken , Kilbarry , Co. Waterford

Alterations to condition 11(a) and 11(b) of the previously permitted but not yet constructed development of 92 No. dwellings at Lacken Road, Kilbarry, Waterford (Planning Ref. 18/735). Proposed alteration is to retain the existing hedgerow and remove the requirement of Condition 11(a) to provide a cycle path, foot path and public lighting along the widened section of the Lacken Road. Permission is also sought to change the requirement in Condition 11(b) to face the boundary wall along the widened section of road with natural stone to allow for a render finish.
