The proposed services building is located in the north-east corner of the overall ''Kilbride Lodge'' development site, on a site area of c. 005 hectares ( c.50 sq.m) The effect of the proposed development will result in a modification to extant permissions Ref. s FW20A/0058 (An Bord Pleanála Ref. ABP-307889-20) and FW21A/0189 (An Board Pleanála Ref. ABP-312431-22).
