development which will consists of the proposed renovation and extension of the existing Marist College (Garrow House & Our Lady’s Hermitage - Protected Structure Reg. Ref. 149, NIAH No. 15008008) to provide 28 no. apartments. The extensions will include new stairwells, lift core with connecting corridors to the rear of the Protected Structure. The rear outbuildings/structures will be demolished and the rear extension to the Garrow House will be part demolished with the remainder renovated to provide a cycle & bin store.
