the following works to the Goulding Summerhouse (Protected Structure RPS No. 03/37- Goulding House). • Proposed ground floor and lower ground floor extension with a minimalist glass link connection to the existing building to provide additional residential accommodation including two double and three single bedrooms, bathrooms, home office, TV room, storage and plant room with lower ground level courtyard; • Minor reconfiguration works to the internal layout of the Summer House and upgrade works to the building envelope to bring it to Passive House Standards (EnerPHit) including heating system, insulation, roof vent and roof insulation. The existing rooflight will be blocked up and replaced with two new rooflights; •The proposed development includes all site development works, including a new wastewater treatment system, surface water drainage, landscaping and all other ancillary site development works to facilitate the proposed development
