Retention permission is sought for the following at Agharue, Bilboa, Carlow: 1) Modifications to the existing field entrance facilitating a new farmyard and residential entrance with new access road 2) Extensions to existing farm buildings to include new dairy unit, cubicle house and underground slatted effluent tank 3) Unroofed slatted underground effluent tank for use as a cow collecting yard 4) Silage base and effluent tank 5) All ancillary drainage and site services as constructed. Permission is sought to construct a new roofed structure over the existing cow collecting yard with an extension to the existing feed passage and a new calf rearing unit. Permission also sought to extend an existing roof to cover the existing cattle handling facility.
