In February 2026, due to severe weather over a long period of time, the ground around and under the rear retaining walls eroded and caused the wall to collapse and fall away. This has caused a serious problem for the applicant and, indeed, neighbouring properties, including 32 and 33 Orwell Gardens. Stabilisation works are now required to support the wall and garden.
