5. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: a. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant / developer shall liaise with and seek the written agreement with the Planning Authority with regard the relocation of the Dublin Bikes Station 92 at Parkgate Street. All associated costs of the relocation, including any modifications to the public road, footpaths, or public realm, shall be carried out at the developer’s expense.
