The proposed modifications consist of: 1.Increasing the height of the approved East side dormer to provide a 2,400mm internal ceiling height; 2.Extending this flat-roofed dormer structure continuously across the main roof ridge line (extending 300mm above it) to the West side, replacing the previously approved flush roof light with a flat-roofed dormer profile; and 3.all associated site and ancillary works.
