7. The following requirements of the Transport Planning Division shall be complied with; (b) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a main contractor, an updated Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction waste. The Construction Traffic Management Plan shall seek to minimise impact on the public road and potential conflict with pedestrians, cyclists and public transport. The applicant shall liaise with DCC during the construction period. The construction TMP shall carefully consider measures to manage potential direct and indirect impacts on Parkgate Street footpath and carriageway, public transport and pedestrians. Mobility management measures for the demolition and construction phases shall be provided.
