The development consists of amendments to previously approved planning application F25A/1113E for a new family home. The proposed works include minor changes to the previously approved front elevation which include the reduction of the number of dormer windows from 4 to 3 to the front and rear elevation, increased ridge height and minor changes to the fenestration on the dwelling and associated works.
