I intend to apply for additional planning permission to the site adjacent to No.12 Magenta Place, Sandycove, Co. Dublin, A96 K291 which will consist of the additions indicated below to the previously approved semi-detached dwelling (Planning Reference Reg Ref D25B/0360/WEB) No. 1 – Minor amendments to the elevations with Internal amendments to the ground floor layout and floor levels, together with minor revisions to the rear glazing. No. 2 – Internal amendments to the attic floor layout and a modest increase in the roof height. No. 3 – Relocation of the main entrance to the side elevation.
