7. The development shall comply with the following requirements of Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: c) Full details of the new surface water sewer to be installed on Parkgate Street shall be submitted for approval to DCC Drainage Division prior to the commencement of construction. g) Detail on phasing of the proposed development shall be submitted to DCC Drainage Division prior to any works commencing on site. All main drainage sewers and attenuation structure shall be constructed as part of Phase 1 of works. i) The developer shall carry out both a pre- and post-construction CCTV survey on the public surface water sewers affected by this development, as agreed with DCC's Drainage Division. The pre-construction survey shall be submitted to the Drainage Division prior to commencement of the development. The post-construction survey shall be submitted to the Drainage Division for written approval no later than on completion of the development. Any damage to the sewer shall be rectified at the developer's expense. n) Full details of any drainage works in public areas (relocation of existing gullies, installation of new gullies, etc.) shall be agreed with DCC's Drainage Division prior to commencement of the development.
