We, IMRF II Frascati Limited Partnership acting through its general partner Davy IMRF II GP Limited, intend to apply for planning permission at Frascati Centre, Frascati Road (N31), Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The proposal relates to the extension of existing Retail Unit D2, located at ground-floor level, into the main internal mall area. The development includes associated alterations to the unit’s elevations facing the internal mall, including a revised shopfront, glazing, entrance arrangements and associated works. The proposed development will increase the gross floor area of Retail Unit D2 by 8 sq.m, from existing 550 sq.m to proposed 558 sq.m.
