EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Description based on Notice provided by Dublin City Council: Demolition of the coach house located in the laneway to the rear of your property. The existing gate structure will be retained and appropriately supported for future use. The laneway boundary will be enclosed by palisade fencing following completion of the works, and the boundary alignment retained in accordance with that of the existing structure. Upon completion of the demolition, the area will be landscaped and incorporated into the adjoining open space.
