We intend to apply for planning permission for development on this site. The development will consist of the: 1. Demolition of side and rear extension to existing house. 2. Construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the rear of existing house. 3. Elevational alterations to the side and rear of existing house. 4. Construction of a new detached 2 storey flat roof house in the side garden. 5. New vehicular entrance beside existing entrance to the front of the houses. 6. New pedestrian side gate in the side boundary wall to new house. 7. All ancillary works, inclusive of landscaping, boundary works and SuDS drainage, as necessary to facilitate the development.
