A 10-year permission to construct a phased extension of the existing on-site Landscaped Earthen Berm previously permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 16/6558, 18/6137 and 21/6812 at the east of the overall campus. The proposed Landscaped Earthen Berm extension will cover an area of approximately 14,400m2, within a development area of 2.32 hectares, and formed with naturalised contours with slope grade of approximately 33% to a maximum height of approximately 8m above established ground level. All associated site development works including modification to the adjacent site storm water management features and site landscaping. The proposed development is located on a site that operates under an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence (No. P0009-05) under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended for the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003). The proposed development is on a site which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 (S.I 209 of 2015) applies.
