Permission is also sought for a single storey clubhouse consisting of male and female changing rooms, cafe with external patio area, drive through shop and a new car park consisting of 29 car parking spaces along with new splayed natural stone entrance gate with a pedestrian access gate from the main footpath along with associated external lighting and landscaping and to install a waste water treatment system and drainage system for the aforementioned development and all associated site works.
