1. Demolish 12.5sqm Conservatory. 2. Build a 20.5sqm Rear extension. 3. External Wall Insulation to full house with a plain acrylic render applied to whole house, i.e. no brick finish applied. 4. Demolish the small chimney. 5. Raising the Playroom floor and roof to allow proper insulation and adjust window to have same head height as other front elevation window (previously garage). 6. A new metal canopy over the fron door to provide shelter.
