We intend to apply for Planning Permission for the alteration and extension of terraced two storey dwelling. Works include the provision of a two-storey extension of approx.23sqm to front and rear, linking the two-storey bedroom building to the main dwelling structure. Modifications to the existing windows throughout, including new composite alu-timber windows, 2 No. new window openings on the front façade on Harbour road , 1no new window opening on the southern (side facade) overlooking the terrace at first floor level, new roof lights, rear and side, modifications to the roof, where the buildings are to be linked, raising the front boundary wall and the relocation of the first-floor terrace area together with associated works.
