The development will consist of the following: (a) The construction of a ground floor side extension with 1no. rooflight. (e) The removal of the existing hedgerow to the side boundary and replaced with a new boundary wall and (f) the widening of the existing vehicular entrance. (g) The development is to include for internal alterations, drainage and all associated site works.
