Proposed development consists of the installation of external wall insulation to the existing dwelling. It will be finished with a pebble dash render to match existing external finish. The insulation thickness will be 120mm - 150mm in-line with standard SEAl-supported retrofit specifications. Work will also include associated adjustments to window and door reveals, sills and eaves.
