Demolition of an existing single-storey extension to the gable-end and to the rear of the existing dwelling. The proposed new works will comprise the construction of a new 2-storey/part-single storey extension to the rear, wrapping around to the gable-end / side elevation, including new velux rooflights to the front side and rear. The proposed works will also comprise two new windows and one new side entrance door all with opaque glazing to the existing gable-end at first and ground floor level together with modifications to the existing flat roof of the single storey structure to the front and side elevations and all associated ancillary site works including connections to existing services.
