The development will consist of the following: 1. Proposed single storey extension to the front of the existing dwelling. 2. All elevational modifications to include new mono pitched roof to front and side of the existing dwelling to replace existing flat roof, alterations to the existing window and door opes, new windows and door to entire dwelling, new external insulation to entire dwelling with acrylic render finish and new lean-to roof canopies to the rear elevations. 3. All internal alterations and all associated site development works.
