The proposed development consists of the installation of a single roof-light (Velux type window) measuring 55cm x 70cm to the front roof slope of the existing dwelling at 40 Beach Road, Sandymount, Dublin 4.The roof-light is proposed to serve the attic stairwell and is intended to improve the provision of natural daylight to this internal circulation space.
