The development will consist of the following: - Demolition of existing single storey extension to rear of dwelling. - Construction of new two storey extension to side of dwelling. - Construction of new single storey extension to rear of dwelling. - Internal alterations and modifications to existing dwelling. - Installation of PV array to front and rear of dwelling. - Alterations to existing facade and windows. Works will be constructed to include all associated external services, drainage and landscaping in required as part of the development.
