The development will consist of (i) removal of existing boundary wall facing Finsbury Park, (ii) construction of a terrace of houses comprising 3no. two-storey three-bedroom dwellings, and 6no. three-storey, part single storey three-bedroom dwellings, each with a private garden, (iii) vehicular parking area located to the front of the dwellings comprising 8 no. car parking spaces, 13 no. bicycle parking spaces and 2no. secure bin enclosures; (iv) removal of existing vehicular entrance from Finsbury Park and provision of 2no. new vehicular entrances and 1no. new pedestrian entrance from Finsbury Park; and (v) all ancillary works including landscaping, boundary treatments, SuDS drainage and all site services, site infrastructure and associated site development works necessary to facilitate the development.
