1). Reconstruction of two existing single storey returns to the rear (ne) of the existing dwelling (floor area 31.2 sq.m) with new pitched hipped slated roofs. 2). Construction, of a 2 sq.m entrance porch extension to the side (sw) elevation. 3). Enlargement of the main front entrance door ope for wheelchair access. 4). Replacement of the existing aluminium windows with traditional up & down sash painted timber windows and plaster surrounds and provision of a new matching window to the side (sw) elevation. 5). Removal of all existing sand/cement/pebbledash render finishes from the existing external walls of the house including the front & side garden walls and rerendering with an "ashlar" lined lime based render and finishing with a "Keim" breathable paint.
