The development will consist of the construction of a two-storey house and garden room including a new vehicular entrance to the site , new railings, hedges and trees to the boundary, a gravel driveway and landscaped gardens. It will also include a new BAF foul wastewater treatment system, polishing filter and a BRE soakpit with associated infrastructure. Also proposed are internal alterations/modifications, and all associated site works and services.
