Planning permission for alterations to Apartment Block B and alterations/proposed alterations to its surrounding grounds (previously granted under permission Refs. F09A/0015ABP- Ref.PL06F.235190; F09A/0015/E1/E2/E3). Retention permission is being sought for development which consists of minor reconfiguration of previously permitted building footprint of Block B, external alterations to all its previously permitted elevations, minor internal alterations to its previously permitted apartment layouts, and revisions to previously permitted landscaping and hardscaping including a turning bay in the carparking court of Block B. Planning permission is also being sought for development which will consist of the demolition of the existing bin store serving Block B and the construction of a new bin store to serve Block B in a new location; reconfiguration of previously permitted car parking area and square adjoining Block B for carparking; and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
