The development is for a change of use of an existing industrial premises of 2414 sq. metres, approved as warehouse and offices, to use as a motor sales, maintenance, spare parts outlet with ancillary reception and offices. The building will contain showers and locker facilities for staff. Permission is also sought to carry out alterations to the external elevations of the building, erect signage and construct an external car washing facility and temporary storage facility. The existing vehicular entrance, and service rear yard will be retained and the on-site car parking of 35 spaces will be removed and replaced with 48 spaces.
