The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of the existing single-storey side & rear extensions. 2. Construction of a single-storey flat roof side extension, to consist of a sitting room. 3. Construction of a two-storey rear extension incorporating a flat roof at the ground floor and a tiled pitched roof at first floor. The two-storey extension is to consist of a kitchen and living room on the ground floor & a master bedroom, en-suite and a walk-in-wardrobe on the first floor. 4. Conversion of the new two-storey attic roof space and connection to existing converted attic space. The new attic roof space will be use as a study and play room. Implementation of a new flat roof dormer window to the North side elevation of the existing main roof and implementation of a new gable window to the West elevation. Both windows to serve the existing and new attic space. 5. General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling to suit the new proposed layouts. 4. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
