Construction of a single storey pitched roof to the rear of the house and for the conversion of the existing attic space to include a 'velux' rooflight to the rear roof and a dormer type roof window to both the side and rear of the existing house. Now completed but build was exceeded by 1 metre. Now , 9 years later would like to apply for retention.
