The development will consist of; (i) the construction of 2 no. two storey, three bedroom, semi-detached houses with rooflights. (ii) 2 no. vehicular entrances, (1 new and 1 relocated to the North West of site) and 1 new pedestrian entrance, all off Huntstown Wood serving the proposed dwellings, (iii) provision of private amenity space for each dwelling; on-curtilage car parking; associated boundary treatment; landscaping; SuDS drainage; and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate this development.
