The proposal includes internal and external works and will involve providing access to the upper terrace of the roof at 4 Wilton Park. The proposed alteration to the sixth-floor terrace includes the addition of a new glazed and steel lift to match the permitted development. The lift will extend to the seventh floor/roof level, ensuring accessible access. At the roof level, the alteration will comprise the upper lift shaft, lift overrun, and a landing platform with an integrated ramp leading to the terrace.
