1) Demolition of existing single storey warehouse/manufacturing units within the site area; 2) Construction of 3 no. dwellings, consisting of a 4 no. bedroom, two-storey house, a 1 no. bedroom, two storey apartment and a 1 no. bedroom, single storey apartment.
