The development will consists of : Proposed minor alterations to existing boundary fence, gate and footpath to rear/side of Howth Guard Station. The following works are proposed: 1. Removal of the existing painted palisade fencing and gate; 2. Proposed new palisade fencing to three sides, and gate to new locations as per drawings; 3. Removal of 7.0 m section of brushed concrete footpath and construction of new dished footpath entrance with matching brushed concrete finish; 4. Removal of existing asphalt, gravel and broken concrete finishes to yard at rear of station and resurfacing in brushed concrete with associated drainage works on site. 5. All associated site services, drainage, lighting and landscaping required in conjunction with works.
