Lands at Kilhedge Lane, Corduff, Lusk, Co. Dublin

I, the applicant, intend to apply for retention permission and planning permission on lands at Kilhedge Lane, Corduff, Lusk, Co. Dublin. The development consists of the demolition of the original detached dormer dwelling and construction of foundations (now 1.1 metres east of their original locations), rising walls and ground floor slab for its reconstruction and replacement build and that of the previously permitted two-storey extension to the rear (granted under Reg. Ref. F23A/0668), with revised increased finished floor levels. Planning permission is also sought for development which will consist of amendments to the previously permitted works to the dormer dwelling with a two-storey rear extension granted under Reg. Ref. F23A/0668 to now facilitate construction of the new replacement dormer dwelling with the previously permitted works and the two-storey rear extension, to provide a 4-bed, two-storey detached dwelling, and all associated site works.
