The proposed development will consist of: Provision of (i) a synthetic grass pitch/training area (115m x 52m), (ii) an emergency vehicular entrance to the south of the proposed pitch, (iii) a wayfinding post, (iv) a maintenance path with a loose gravel surface around the perimeter of the training pitch, (v) floodlights and (vi) all ancillary works, landscaping, boundary treatments, and drainage as necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
